Some swarms don’t lend themselves to being shaken into a box. Here is one that I collected with a more gentle sequence, by letting them decide to move in for themselves.
This swarm was too close to the ground to shake into a box

5 minutes after introducing the box to the swarm with a small shake
Going….
After 10 minutes
Going……
After 23 minutes
Gone……..
34 minutes later, most of the bees have marched into the nuc box
All packaged and waiting for evening pickup!

The remaining cluster on the little cedar tree had moved inside by evening time, and every last forager and scout came home with me.
